Kyndryl, a provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, unveiled new AI-powered services that combine the company’s deep mainframe expertise with agentic AI and hybrid IT computing capabilities.

To provide intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and insights across mainframe infrastructure and applications, Kyndryl’s AI-powered mainframe services relate to the Kyndryl Bridge open integration platform.

Kyndryl is implementing IBM Watsonx Assistant for Z and other AI ecosystem platforms that can facilitate intelligent automation, orchestration, and lifecycle management to further improve mainframe delivery for clients.

When combined, the new features can proactively encourage and expedite platform management execution.

To unlock innovation for clients, Kyndryl’s strategy also leverages the company’s intellectual property and in-depth knowledge of mainframe transformation with complementing technologies from cloud hyperscalers and other international partners.
