Lemon Learning has acquired Aidaxis to expand its digital adoption platform beyond web-based applications and into desktop environments.
The move positions Lemon Learning to address growing enterprise demand for AI-driven guidance across complex, hybrid IT systems.
The European Digital Adoption Platform provider confirmed the acquisition on Tuesday.
Aidaxis specializes in desktop application solutions and advanced artificial intelligence. With the deal, Lemon Learning adds deep technical expertise in machine learning, intelligent assistance systems, and human–computer interaction optimization.
The acquisition allows Lemon Learning to support large enterprises that still rely on legacy and client-based desktop software. Until now, most digital adoption platforms focused primarily on browser-based tools.

Lemon Learning supports over 200 customers in more than 70 countries. Its platform is used across CRM, ERP, HRIS, financial systems, and industry-specific software.
The integration of Aidaxis technology expands these capabilities to mission-critical desktop applications.
The company is also accelerating its AI roadmap. A majority of Lemon Learning customers already use its AI-powered features, including contextual in-app assistance, automated process verification, and advanced adoption analytics.
These tools aim to reduce user errors, improve compliance, and speed up onboarding at scale.
The acquisition strengthens Lemon Learning’s competitive position as enterprises increasingly demand unified digital adoption across web and desktop environments.
